The automatic orders creation consists as follows:

RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area on which it is possible to perform actions about a pre-existing document, rather than to create a new one. The possible features list is the following:

SearchIt searches the purchase requests or forecasts according to filters inserted.
Select AllIt selects all lines obtained by applying filter to the order prototype creation.
Check AllIt deselects all lines obtained by applying filter and that have been selected in order to create the order prototype.
Generate Order PrototypesIt generates the order prototype for all selected lines.

FILTER AREA: the filter area contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a search on total of the inserted orders. Typically filters have always “AND” condition and it is possible to specify more search filters at the same time.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of purchase requests or forecasts which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through which it is possible to obtain data, the user, by clicking on [Search Orders] button on the related Ribbon, will obtain the list of desired data on result grid.
